Big thanks to Josh for cleaning and inspecting our HVAC units! He did a very thorough job making sure they were well cleaned and working properly. He communicated well any potential issues he saw that may need replaced soon, with pictures. We are very happy with the work he did and will continue to use CoolMax for our hearing and cooling units.

Joshua Ussery was hands down the best hvac professional i have ever dealt with, new what he was talking about, helped me figure out the best route to go with replacing the old 5ton package unit. He went well above and beyond, even showed and explained basic regular maintenance or cleaning that I know hasn't been done in atleast 4-5 years. Coolmax hvac has earned my trust and future business. Cool Max installation team did an excellent job at installing my new AC unit. VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL GUYS. The temperature was very high & it was HOT. The guys started to work and they did not STOP until the job was done. (90 degrees inside my house). THANKS COOL MAX.

I am very particular when it comes to choosing services as I take my time to decide which company fits my needs both financially and respectfully. I called this company and they sent out Josh. I must say, I got more than expected. I got someone that was professional, respectful and very experienced. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. This guy took customer service to a whole new level. He is a great look for this company. The following day, he give a follow-up call to make sure my unit was still operating...now that was a first for me. No one has ever followed up for any services I've ever had done on my home. I highly recommend this company and no disrespect to any of their technicians, but please ask for Josh.

My wife and I met Josh Ussery with CoolMax today, after struggling with our AC system for the last few weeks.Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I gave Josh one heck of an opportunity to (and I HATE this term) up-sell me with a much more expensive unit. He walked me right through why I didn't need that much of an AC system in my home.He opened up my current unit to see if it could be "Saved".. and that meant a lot to us, we did not ask him to do that, and he certainly didn't have to do that.We will get our new system in soon and we will be good to go for the next 20+ years we hope.Josh went over some financing options with no interest, and helped me apply.Great to do business with good people, that still care about something besides selling every thing that they can.Thank You to Josh, and the fine folks at Cool-Max.

This was our first time using this company but I was very impressed with Josh and his knowledge and professionalism. He stayed very late to ensure that our AC system was cleaned, repaired and working properly. He also took the time to inspect our upstairs unit and discussed the issues with it. I received two proposals for options on replacing that unit, etc ...Everything was exactly as he discussed with us during the service call. I will definitely continue using Coolmax Heating & Air. What Blessing to find company that's I Reliable. Joshua from the Warner Robins office arrived around 5:00 pm. He checked out the HVAC unit outside, went up to the attic space and diagnosed the problem as a faulty relay switch. Within an hour the part was replaced with a new one and the system working properly once again. We were very impressed with his professional manner, his knowledge and the proficiency of the work completed. As a full review we would give him a 10 out of 10. Thank you Joshua.

I'm so happy my wife and I went with cool max for installation of our new heating and air unit. Josh is extremelyyyyyyyy knowledgeable, timely, and very responsive. He pointed out several mistakes from the prior installation and ensured we were taken care of. We are only one night in and our house is already warm with the thermostat set at 72...to even begin to get to comfort prior to josh and his crew, we had to set it at 76/77. I'm so ready to see the savings that are going to come our way with this investment. If you are looking for someone with knowledge and expertise in the field- you absolutely cannot go wrong

I reached out to Cool Max heating and air and they came out promptly and gave me a cost effective quote on my needs and came back within just a few days and installed a very nice Trane system that works so efficiently. Actually so efficient that my power bill is a little less!!!Along with getting this new system, we were looking for a measure to reduce allergens in our home and had researched portable air purification systems. CoolMax had just the right fix with the REME HALO that was incorporated in the A/C system and not only took care of that issue but kills virus' like COVID-19! They even worked late in the rain getting this add-on installed! We are so happy with their services and would highly recommend them for your home air conditioning/purification needs.COOL MAX is #1

I had set a duct cleaning and vent return repair, landen the worker from cool max was very responsive to my messages and showed up at the time he stated to me . They were very respectful of my home, completed the work very quickly and now I have air conditioning in my home with nice clean ducts.

I could not have had a better experience. Full removal and replacement of duct work, replacing the existing system, and adding a second for the 2nd floor. Not only was the work great, the price was competitive, everyone was the nicest possible, and our bills have dropped significantly. A+ all around!!!

Josh is by far and away the absolute best professional we have had to diagnose and service our HVAC system. Our main unit is on its last legs and buying a new system is going to be very difficult for us. Josh got it working to hold us over until we can have a new one installed. Out of four other companies, Josh was the only person who even offered to get our unit up and running again. My husband and I are so impressed (and we are not easily impressed). Josh will continue be our go-to for HVAC!

Used CoolMax for a second opinion, was previously told we needed a new attic unit and it would cost around 3 grand. Co-Owner came out and diagnosed the problem, ended up being a fraction of the previously quoted cost. Great honest customer service, will be recommending them to anyone that needs AC work.
